We are extremely mindful of the wellbeing of not just our pupils, but of you the families, parents and carers also. If you are struggling to cope and feeling overwhelmed you are not alone; you are important and it is ok to ask for help.

Remember it is just as important to keep your child moving as it is to keep them thinking and reading. Do a little bit of physical exercise every day – our bodies need to be looked after as well as our brains!
