Year 2 had a wonderful time experiencing what life was like at school for Victorian children. They made cup and balls to play with, used the hoops and skipping ropes during a Victorian playtime and even used slates and chalk to do Maths!  The handwriting was definitely trickier to do in the Victorian times, and the consensus was they would rather not have to wear a dunces hat!
